You should find a Youtuber who is a native English speaker and whom you like so that you can find watching him or her more enjoyable. It's very hard to focus when watching films in a foreign language if you cannot connect with the person or the story.

I also recommend listening to the radio online. It will really help your listening skills and help you focus on the actual words that are being spoken.

I would highly recommend watching english movies and tv shows first. Without that, it is (according to me at least) very hard to get a feel for the language. And don't stop there! Try to speak to other people who know english well.
