What the difference between "here" and "there"? For example if someone asking me: "Are you ready?" of course I can answer Yes, but I can also tell Here. Can you provide some context where use those?

"Here" means the place you are in/around at the very moment of speaking.
You should apply "there" to places distant from you, places different from the current one.
e.g.
Here we kissed for the first time. - we are now in this place
Oh, London! I know a good hotel there. - we are not in London now.

1. Speaker A: Are you ready?
Speaker B: Yes. Here I am.
2. Speaker A: There you are. You ready to go with me?
Speaker B: Yes, I am here. I've been waiting for you.

“Here” is like exactly that place; “there” means distant places
