Hi,

I have to translate a contract in english : in french, we call that a "contrat de mise à disposition du fonctionnaire (public servant)".

Situation of the state employee which remains in its suits of jobs of origin, is considered as occupying its employment, continue to perceive the corresponding remuneration, but which performs functions outside the service where he has authority to serve.

I don't if i'm clear ... I found "provision" and "leeding/leasing" but it seems quite wrong to me :/
