Looking for a penpal to exchange E-mails in English and Russian

I am looking for a penpal to regularly exchange emails with. I am proficient in spoken and written English and want to learn spoken and written Russian. The exchange of ideas can be either reflections on one's daily activity or a short piece in one's own words on a specific predetermined topic.

Since, this is expected to be learning experience for both, I suggest the prospect be more critical, to look for the other's mistakes in the language (actual or potential) and at the same time also appreciate the other's fine use of language to encourage a good learning experience.
