I'm so grateful for taking part in the trip organisation.
Firstably I would let you know that my group is interested into two different sports which are basketball and tennis.
The majority of us have taken part in these sports already so we think we could be confident playing them.
Secondly the rime of the beginning and the end for us is just perfect but If it is possible we should not come back home late because the after is monday and we all have to work.
I would be most grateful If you could make our accommodation arrangements .
That would be the easiest way for us.
I would need you phone numbr and your e-mail adress to keep in touch easily.
