    • Dear sir/Madam, i am writing you to express my dissatisfaction from customer services of bell in montreal ،Due to lack of Handling the my problem and my next losses.
    • my internet services was interrupted from 27 december 2012 to 4 January 2013 , despite my calls to customer services center in montreal , i did not see any Pursuit of problem by them. and any time that i called them , they just promised me but my internet was not fixed. this problem was caused that i can't do my studies of my university in During the Holidays of january and also i was been bad credit in my bank because i couldn't pay my visa's due on time. while my problem was very Unimportant and they could do it Immediately.and this problem was Unprecedented,and i was without internet all the holidays in during 7 days.
    • Honorable manager,I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter at your earliest convenience with a view to providing appropriate compensation for the distress suffered .
    • i know respect to client is a base in law of canadian society,and know satisfaction of clients is important for you.
