• Administration law is a field of a low which regulations regulate social relations arising in organization and realization of executive power.

• The administration law's regulation determine methods of state administration, ways of guaranteeing of lawfulness.

• Also they regulate the order of creation institutes of executive power, their competencies, functionaries's powers of these institutions and mutual relations of institutions of executive power with other state institutions, public associations, entrepreneurs and citizens.

• They determine the legal position of citizens, institutions of local governing, public associations and other non-government institutions in administration; regulate administration relations in social, political and economic fields.

• The subject of administration law is the aggregate of social relations forming in the organization process and in function of executive power.

• A method of legal regulations is ways of influence upon will and behavior of members of legal relations.
