    • This type of thinking almost stems from a place of insecurity, conditional happiness.
    • It’s sounds so pretentions and dystopian because people can’t figure out the simple thing.
    • Those who became fricking good in their field were motivated by great passion.
  • They spend hours avidly learning new things.
    • That’s why they’ve skyrocketed.
    • Originally it is natural for people to become experts in the realm if they dedicate enough time on something that pulls their trigger.
    • They inevitably will develop special skills, gain knowledge.
    • You don’t need to set up a goal, aiming on self-improvement.
  • Instead you should find a thing that moves you, inspires you, and progress will happen anyway because it’s impossible to stay put for a long time.
    • The bottom line is, people should break out of the obsessive self-improvement in order to free themselves from anguish and self-content.
  • In my opinion, this whole concept of self-improvement is counterproductive and it sabotages people, overshadowing their real needs.
