I’m doing now what I should have done since day one: focus on free styling and just having fun.

While everybody was busy taking themselves seriously, I should have followed the lead of people like Biz Markie.

I’m not saying everything in my life was hunky dory, but honestly, I had no valid reason to be angry.

It was crazy; we all tried to sound like Public Enemy, although we lived in a completely different reality.

There are many aspects of the U.S. that I am fond of, but overall I’m glad I was born on this side of the pond.

It is especially so when it comes to race relations: for instance, France has never practiced segregation.

I tried to follow wrong ideas to their logical conclusion, and ended up in a state of deep confusion, not only with respect to race and identity, but also regarding my relationship with the Deity.
