  • I am a support manager.
    • We have an app where people can make an online orders.
    • If customers have any problems or some questions they text to us.
  • And I am doing my best to solve their problems.
    • Frankly speaking, I do love to help people.
    • I have a lot of years experience to do that kind of job.
  • I think our customer service is one of the best in Russia.
    • I have a very positive and kind colleagues and we always help each other to do work stuff.
    • Also I work remotely and like it so much.
  • It’s important to have an opportunity to work for the company from all around the world.
    • Some statistics: I solve 130 dialogues every day.
    • Approximately 2 text messages is enough to help with one question from one person.
  • We are pretty loyal to our clients.
    • Everyone makes the best to make our customers happy with having a conversations with us.
    • Also we have many eco-projects and that’s why people mark us as a good company.
    • And that’s why I like working in Vkusvill.
