On the one hand, teaching children that hard work can ensure achievement has several advantages.

First, these children will exhibit appreciation for hard-working people.

They will perceive these people who want to achieve success in working and studying need to work hard.

Therefore, children would be more grateful and humble towards for people.

Second, there are many benefits from a positive emphasis on effort and achievement.

Children have many dreams and, if they are encouraged to pursue their dreams so they will have high goals and try it every day to achieve this dream.

On the other hand, there are certain disadvantages to teaching children to expect success once they have worked hard.To begin with, diligence ensures success is that it may mislead children in to spending mich time and effort on the task in which hard work plays little roles.

For example, a child want to become a professional singer may waste time on voice training although they lack of musical talents but still hope that they may get success in one day.

Another drawback is that some people hate themselves when not successful.They always try harder but don’t get success.

For instance, many Gen Z have big dreams and ambitions, they study hard to applied scholarships in famous universities but can not get these into their dream school then they have no one to blame but themselves
