It´s been some time since I last wrote something here but I thought about coming back and giving it a second try.

This is the text that I wrote, thank you in advance for any feedback.

The company Cóndores S.A. belongs to textile market since 1980.

It´s mission consists in textile manufacture and woven clothes adequate for every necessity, they innovate and keep high quality standards in addition they have a engage team to provide the best service.

While it´s true that they produce textile and clothes for all the family, their revenue has been decreasing in the last years.

This has taken a toll on the vision of the company of being recognized for offering comfortable clothes for all the family, expand to other countries and improve their employee training.

This takes us to perform a study DOFA and a problems tree about the company Cóndores to find the cause of this revenue decrease.

The results obtain are that the double of job positions, wage gap, production reduction, lost of direct contact with the company and the lack of potential clients are the causes of the affectation in the economics results and ultimately the profits of the company Cóndores S.A.

From this point we carried out and objectives tree where we propose to levelling wages, suppress night production, improve customer support, to keep both production lines and to carry out a market study.
