Afraid

• A final exam always has a different expectation, it is the conclusion of a phase, the last step that separates you from the objective and what will come from it.

• This is the pressure that comes to my mind when I go to take a final exam, the first reaction is to try to put that feeling of pressure forward, this is dangerous because it can lead many people to procrastinate the preparation.

• The two most important and difficult final exams for me were the driving test and the TCC presentation, in these two episodes I was so nervous I couldn’t stop shaking, the anxiety led to pressure in my heart and difficulty breathing, so much that because of the emotional state I had to take the driving test three times before passing.

• For the TCC presentation, as much as I prepared myself, at the moment the ideas didn’t flow as expected, but in the end, everything finished well.

• These two episodes were memorable challenges because in each one I needed to leave my comfort zone and face different limitations, the traffic that is unpredictable which scares me, the opportunity to be able to give up perfectionism to grow up.

• Learning English wasn’t different, it was necessary to overcome a block that came from a place where I felt more intimidated than safe to make mistakes and learn.

• What helps me is the certainty that in everything I do my part, that I prepare myself, God comes with his part, helping me and making all this cooperate for my good.
