• I graduated from the Law School of the Universidad Tecnologica de Santiago (UTESA) in March 2015, and also in November 2018 I got my Master´s Degree in administrative and labor law at the Graduate School at the same university.

• I have always liked the law, but since I did my master’s degree, the desire to venture into the area of administration was awakened in me and I understand that my bases in law and administration are essential to start again in a different area, that is the reason why we are applying for the second time to the study permit, because we respectfully understand that our intentions are in good faith and we have the economic funds to pay for the study program.

• My first application for the study permit was rejected by the Migration Officer because he was not convinced of my reason for studying due to the chosen program, however, in that application, I did not explain that, in addition to my work in the Judicial Power of the Dominican Republic as a clerk of the Justice of the Peace of Tamboril, I provide professional advice to the company C&T Home CARE DR EIRL, in the legal and administrative area, especially in relation to the organization of the company and adaptation to the regulations of the Dominican Republic since 2019 (constancy of work attached attached), and in addition also that the company has made us a job offer as Internal Administrative Advisor, for which it requires us to improve our level of English, since this company maintains close relationships with the main company located in the United States of America, in addition to being requested, I acquired some proof of studies related to the area.

• Due to this job offer and its requirements, we opted to choose a study program with a slightly shorter duration and with a postgraduate level.

• In our search for the ideal program, we found at the Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology the post graduate Certicate Business management program.
