There is no enough space for everyone who wants to live there.

The number of epmty houses that are to be renovated is not big enough to provide housing for everyone who needs it.

So a second possible solution can be considered, which is building more high-rise blocks.

Such a type of building is guaranteed to have a lot of space it in while taking little space on its own.

It is important to take into consideration the fact, that the more high-rise blocks are built, the more space is saved for more such blocks.

To conclude, I believe the second idea to be a perfect solution to the housing problem.

If government invests money in building high-rise blocks, it will get the largest number of new flats possible, as well as plenty of space left for new constructions that could be not only houses, but also shopping malls, hospitals and so on.
