This job for Quality Safety Environment manager in a site of thirty persons.

The company is a little company specialized in bar turning, machining and mounting of mechanicals parts for automotive manufacturers, trucks and tractors.

The QSE Manager is managed by the site Director and in close collaboration with the Group Quality Manager.

Yours objectives are to set up and to lead the Quality Safety and Environment policy in accordance to Standards IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

You manage two Quality technicians in charge of metrology, control means management, controls, control flow chart and in charge of investments and technology intelligence.

In contact with our customers mostly international, you are in charge of non conformity with customers and action plan management with using root causes tools, like 5Why or Ishikawa diagram.

Internally, you manage as well non conformity, lead internal process indicators and quality meeting with production people and do audits products, process and workstation in link with others Qualiticians in the Group.

You take part in quality training of new employees, in industrialization process of new parts and in the contract review with customers and in Initial Samples.

Regarding Safety and Working Conditions, you inform about Safety, Environment, 5S issues to managers or directly to Direction if necessary and you take part in enquiries about accident at work.

With a technical superior diploma, you justify a significant experience in QSE management in an international industrial environment company and in link with automotive manufacturers.

Quality System strong knowledge and certifications IATF 16949 and ISO and a very good level in English will permit to get success in this job.
