    • The condition is be the best on a exam called National Exam of High School, or just ENEM.
    • Who don’t pass on that exam can try again in another year or just pay for a particular university.
    • Today exist very good particular univertys on Brazil, but the best ones usually are the public because theirs students usually are more dedicated.
  • So, there is rinch and poor people on public universitys.
