  • A1) I am not an active environmental activist, but I often think about the environment before using plastic products.
    • I love the concept that shops are trying to change their policy for reducing trash which does not decompose.
    • I prefer using paper straws but they easily become soggy which is not my favorite.
  • Personally, I use stainless straws when I need straws.
    • It does not get soggy like plastic straws and it’s recyclable like paper straws.
    • It can be used forever if I clean it well.
    • This is the best part of using it!
  • Q2) What do you think about Mooncafe’s E-frequency or reward programs?
  • A2) I have friends who are crazy about Mooncafe’s reward programs.
    • They go and buy things or have a cup of coffee(which they don’t like) to get the E-frequencies and event products(bags, diaries, etc.) They don’t need to have it but they want to get it desperately.
    • Getting the event items are so competitive that sometimes my friends wait at the store before it opens.
    • If they are successful in getting it, they are so proud of themselves for getting it.
    • The stuff, they got from the store, is placed on their cupboard.
  • They don’t use it at all and when the next event is coming, they go and try to get those again.
    • I know this reward programs attract a lot of people to visit to Mooncafe, spend money at the store and Mooncafe would make tons of profit.
    • But it let people waste money and make more garbage and garbage on the Earth. What a waste!
    • I think Mooncafe should consider different kind of promotion strategies.
