  • Additionally, as it is a small company, my role often demands that I gather primary data from academic papers, adapting content and converting them into real market practices.
    • My responsibility, diligence and management aptitude were integral to the role; however, it was clear that my progress was decelerated by my lack of technical, specifically in waters resources engineering training.
    • I graduated with a Bachelor of Environmental Engineer from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María in Chile.
    • During my degree, I was very active in many facets of university life.
    • I was directive member of the first center of students of environmental engineering career, I was member of the team sport of tennis of the university, furthermore, I was highly committed to the development of a university tennis club for women.

    • Currently I actively participate in the association of women in engineering, where we seek to generate a network of contacts at the national level and also strengthen our professional skills along with making visible the outstanding women at the national level in engineering.
    • My ambition to study in Belgium stems from a dearth of equivalent professional programs offered in Chile.
  • As mentioned earlier, the future of water in Chile will demand a workforce with a specialized skillset.
