At the initial stages of my teaching I tried to look in a new way at training process for my part and from pupils.

Modern school students, though are subject to influence of the Internet and the TV, but nevertheless fill up the intellectual baggage mainly by means of books and textbooks at school.

Also it is necessary to pay attention to manuals which were written not so long ago.

It is also the certificate to the fact that the training material which is contained in them, is more adapted to present generation and requirements of the present.

I teach English at the main school according to the textbook Spotlight, but very often I address for additional materials textbooks Express Publishing.

For example, Access - Virginia Evans [Express Publishing] - a modern four-level course of English for pupils of the 5-8th classes beginning to learn English in the fifth class.

The important condition for the book or the textbook is, of course, a compliance to the education program.

But the fact that in a grant most well and fully all educational tasks speak has a special impact on mastering necessary material.

And the data provided in the book to attention of the pupil are result of detailed studying, study and synthesis of scientific activity of scientists and the qualified teachers.

It is good when in textbooks many examples which can be applied or solved in practice are in details reviewed to work and set the gained knowledge.

Also it is necessary to consider age of the child on which this or that textbook, or the book is calculated.

Has to accurately communication of theoretical base and application of data from the book directly in practice is traced that can undoubtedly make studying of material for each pupil not boring and heavy, but fascinating and informative.

Therefore it is very important when book contents is stated in such a way that given it is very convenient to use in practical activities.

It is good to provide to the child besides school textbooks also wide and various repertoire of reading.

(I use in extracurricular activities at school of the book for reading Express Publishing publishing house of three series: Illustrated readers, Graded readers, Classic readers.) That the school student could not just read literature as base of the facts, but also to comprehend and recreate the read text in imagination, to define the point of view on the events.

Reading leads to success in education and other fields of activity.

Analyzing the practice of teaching, I can draw conclusions that I ceased to concentrate attention on training process strictly according to the textbook.

In exchange to it I began to show leadership skills, I try to have an impact on pupils, I share experience with colleagues and I recommend literature of Express Publishing publishing house.

Now I can direct and operate process of teaching and training, and children, seeing my changes, with pleasure are reconstructed.

And as a result we look not at each other, and in one direction.
