• I am learning to write scientific papers.

• Would be happy if someone can help me with my grammar and structure: The term "resource curse" appeared in the literature in the 1993.

• The British economist Richard Auty explained the paradoxical phenomenon existed in 1970s-1990s : the oil-exporting OPEC countries experienced a significant decline in the standard of living, the GDP per capita droped dramatically to 1.3% ,while in the non – resource countries it was two times higher.

• The fundamental works of Jeffery Sachs and Andrey Warner provide the existence of the negative relationship between natural resource abundance and economic growth .

• The authors find empirically that relatively none of rich resource countries have high economic growth in the period of 1970 – 1989
