Today I would like to explain what qualities a teacher should possess.

Let's say that becoming a good teacher is not easy as it seems and I talk by experience since I have been teaching English to young learners for five years and I am still getting the hang of it or at least, I feel a rookie whenever I start a new course with a new group.

However, as many pedagogists affirm, being a good teacher is not just about teaching good lessons.

It is more about giving your students the right instruments to help them follow their path in the future.

To put it in another way, it 's more on giving a good education in the real sense of the real sense of the world, through the collaboration of parents of course.

But first of all, a great teacher should have useful disciplines skills in his or her subjects, because the students have to consider them as a precious source to call during their tasks at school if they need to.

Besides, I believe that good classroom management skills are fundamental if you want to teach above all to young learners.

Italian classrooms are usually made up of more than twenty students per class, and you need to gain their respect immediately if you want to do a lesson during your hours.

Last but not least, A teacher needs to be passionate about teaching and working in synergy with students to enhance their skills, he or she should have great expectations of students and encourages everyone to work at their best level.

A good teacher should be creative in explaining the contents of lessons to catch pupils attention.
