- General Information One of the most appealing animals found in Italy is the Peregrine Hawk.

- They usually lay eggs in rock walls cavities on the mountains, but it is not unusual to see a Peregrine Hawk 's nest in urban areas.

- They live on a diet of rodents and average dimension birds such as Pidgeons that they hunt alone, while females look for their chicks until they live to fend for themselves.
