Introduction: - In a general way, we could define the terms spaces and exchanges as the communication, the interaction of different human beings worldwide.

In fact, the term exchange represents the sharing of knowledge, the communication without geographical barrier.

This is why internet developed the world as regards the exchange of the human beings on earth.

The term spaces out clearly makes us understand that the communication, the interactions are possible worldwide today.

And in what it raise problem?

- First, I am going to explain in what internet allows us a better exchange and one better communication today worldwide.

Then, I am going to present some applications and to explain in what they allow one better exchanges between the human beings.

Finally, I shall present you an application that I imagined by means of my friends with whom we could gather a maximum of characteristics facilitating communication.

I/ Importance of internet: - Today, the majority of the human beings of the planet use internet for diverse things in particular to exchange with other people.

- First of all, internet was created in 1990 by Robert Kahn and Came Deer.

It is the tool today that allows us to make various things.

This tool allows us to be informed about the political and economic news coming from the whole world in a few seconds.

We can also find a job there, discuss with our friends, improve the education of the young people but it also exists thanks to this tool, full of illegal activities.

Indeed, internet is accessible easily in most of the developed countries but there are many disparities because many poor countries have no online connection.

Besides, there are many people particularly strong in computing and which hack of the web sites.

Nevertheless, according to me, internet is one of better innovation of the XIXth century because as soon as we have an online access, we can make everything.

Internet allows us in all to express itself and it exists for several years, applications in which the exchange is the main keyword.

II / Presentations of the applications: - Today, thousands of applications favoring the communication in the world exist but of course, there is of more known than for other one.

- Indeed, as everyone knows, Facebook is the application the most used on earth with billions of users.

This application was created by Mark Zuckerberg in 2004 to favor the communication between the human beings.

On the other hand, as I already said, this application is used by many people and a lot of personals informations are revealed sometimes even without knowing it.

Indeed, recently, Facebook was attacked in trial for problems of disclosure of personal information in particular for presidential elections American where Donald Trump was discredited a lot by the Internet users.This is why in spite of an practicality of the communication in the world, life deprived of each can be reached.

This app values the exchanges because it sells tools allowing the communication between the people: telephones, computers, etc...

Even if this type of exchange is less direct, it is all the same a way to allow the others to communicate between them.

And it’s necessary to know that to use all these applications, the access to internet is necessary.

- There is also an application which allows not only to sell objects, but also to make meet people in reality.

When we wish for no more than an object, we can sell it on this site and it entraine a real meeting between the seller and the buyer what amplifies enormously the exchanges.

III / TO COM: All these applications are very useful but it makes a large number of accounts, password to be held and I found the solution of this problem thanks to my application "To com".

It is an application in which we cannot only communicate with friends worldwide easily, inquire new world news, to find a job and naturally, there is a category education.

But I also thought of the problem which this application would put in countries poor as those of Africa who have no access to internet and my application will require no online access to work.

Conclusion: In conclusion, internet is the biggest innovation of our generation and she facilitated us life to all.

Communication between people became easier after this new forms of technology.

Of course, this technology causes some problems as the harassment, the informings, etc. But it's in major part beneficial for us.

Internet allowed to other people to create new applications which it even allowed in human beings to live better.

At the political and economic level, this news form of technology brings so many profit in particular for the information communicated to the population.
