Letter to the editor

• Dear Sir, My name is Beth Andrews and I work for the children's home The Force Awakens, which is placed in the Candem town neighborhood.

• This organisation has been developing its activity since 1945 and although it has suffered a lot of issues over the years, it has survived just like ours precious users.

• I would like to comment that, like other non-profit organisations, we always are grateful for money, but nowadays we need urgently volunteers to work with us at weekends.

• For that we will be very grateful if you could collaborate with us publishing an article about our work, our aim, our trajectory and how we have changed the life of hundreds of children and teenagers.

• In such wise I hope it will be any problem.

• However l would like to mention that our budget is limited and we would need your cooperation on this aspect.

• We have already achieved to an agreement with the council and it is going to finance our campaign.

• I also would like to stress the need of volunteers who will must be open-minded, generous and patients.

• For us, it would be adequate people with this personal profile although they do not have experience.

• Moreover, it would be more beneficial if volunteers were young people or have met others in complex situations similiar to the our users.

• We are developing a childcare programme which helps youthful to face and react to difficult circumstances with the total support of our organisation and with our volunteer's agreement.
