  • It was overall a better month than the previous one, a couple of things happened but it seems to be easily forgattable so I try to take it right.
    • The weather was very awful and harsh to handle, I wait for the cold and wind being over.
    • My fasting life-style is a lot better and I am used to it now.
    • Everything improves slowly but surely, I am more confident on my HGV driving ability, I saved up well so far.
    • I did my fisrt entire day of fasting for 40 hours, Mum has done a 7 days fasting for the first time too.
  • David isn't talking to me anymore.
    • I want to cut-off gluten for a month.
