• Woke up this morning with the desire to finish off my last day off with a good gym session, the instructor phoned me up to ask me to start for 1 pm, his attempt to make me come early stressed me out and I felt the rush of the weekly routine was backing on me already.

• I instantaneously had the reflex to write down me thoughts to comfort myself.
