  • Hi guys, my writing exam is in 2 days: I'm not worried at all but I would like some feedback/suggestions!
    • Chiara ****** Bologna, 23rd May 2013 Sunshine Travel Company, Kensington Road 23, London Dear Sir/Madam, Having recently returned from one of yours all-inclusive holiday, I am writing to complain about the various issues that spoiled our vacation.
  • Firstly, the flight was on a 3-hour delay.
    • This meant that me and my children, aged 5 and 3, had to wait into the airport and, since the pre-paid coach to the hotel was gone, when we landed in Spain we had to reach it by bus.
    • Not only was it an inconvenience, it was also quite dangerous to cross a foreign city at 10pm.
  • Then, I discovered that in order to have breakfast I had to pay a fee of 5 pounds per head, and that swimming courses required an entrance fee to be paid.
  • Both of these services were advertised as free.
    • Moreover, the nearest city centre is said to be reachable by feet: this is true, to a certain extent, if you're willing to walk for 2 and half hours...
  • I would appreciate a full refund.
    • I also deeply hope that in the future you'll stick to a more truthful advertising.
