  • A Decent International WhatsApp Group

  • Hello!
    • Here's Rida from Beirut, Lebanon.
    • My Turkish friend, Merve, and me created an International WhatsApp group for debates on different topics, cultural exchange, languages learning and travel tips.
  • The group has now members from over 30 countries.
    • Here I post the group's schedule and rules : The schedule : -- Monday to Wednesday : Each day, we post a topic to discuss.
  • (You can send your suggested topics to one of the admins) -- Thursday : Media day : Every member can share a maximum of 3 of the following (songs, videos, links, Facebook posts/memes, quotes,etc.) with a brief explanation.
    • -- Friday : Language day : Admins will post 3 words/expressions in English, and members will translate them to their mother languages and pronounce them in a voice message.
    • -- Saturday : Every member can share a maximum of 3 photos of his/her daily life or a place s/he has visited (could be yourself, something you've done this week, etc.) -- Sunday : Food day!
  • Recipes and/or photos of your meals are welcome.
    • The group rules : 1- Keep side conversations for private chatting and organize your ideas in one coherent paragraph instead of sending few words over many messages, so it'll be easier for other members to track you.
  • 2- Try your best to talk/text exclusively in English.
    • 3- Respect the schedule and keep your talking related to the topic of the day.
  • 4- We sometimes discuss politics, religions, and sex, but we respect other beliefs and tastes as we want ours to be respected.
  • No nudity, discrimination or insults are allowed.
    • 5- If anyone from the group annoy you with private messages, message Merve or me, so we can prevent that from happening to other group members.
  • 6- If anyone you know would like to join us, don't post his/her number on the group, and don't send the number to me, just give him/her my number, let him/her talk to me, so I can add him/her.
  • 7- Admins hold the right to directly remove any member who violates the rules.
  • There will be no warning.
  • If you'd like to join, kindly send me your number in a private message.
