- I don't smoke, beacause longtimesmokers lose about 10 years of their lives.
- And I don't want to lose 10 years of my live per it.
- For my breakfast, I eat a lot fruits and vegetables because this lawer rates of cardiovascular disease.
- Too, I drink water sometime during the day, and after run, because it is kind of a magical substance: it helps prevent kidney stones and is necessary to hydrate our body.
- Each year, I go to the doctor.
- Doctor check my heart and my head.
- Too, I go to the dentist for clean my mouth.
- Everyday, I runnig because is healthy for my heart and it helps to strong my bones.
