we are the trainees 111, 111 and 111 We were selected to join the course "International Training Program On Solar Energy Technologies and Applications .

1 -lately we told 222 that we would not like to travel on Oman air line Because my friends told us that it was not cooperating company But our request was rejected ,and The Indian embassy booked the tickets on Oman airlines in 28/1/2017 from Beirut Airport and the first flight was at 6:20 pm. 2 –Mrs.

and he told her that there was an Expected storm on Thursday 26/1/2017 .

4- Although this hard and dangerous conditions we started our trip at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday 28-Jan 2017 but the international road Damascus- Beiurt was closed and we suffered a lot During the trip to the air port.

5- finally we arrived to the air port an hour before the first flight , Immediately we tried to boarding but the Oman airlines prevented us because they said we have to do boarding before two or three hours, then we told them that we were ready to travel without our luggage but they refused .

6- So Immediately we called 222 and Asked her for help but she did not do anything for us .

7- We tried to adjust booking to the next flight at 12:45 AM and we accepted to pay the tax of 80 $ but the Oman airlines office told us that “we should adjust the booking in Damascus at Orient Gate office or pay a new ticket worth $ 300 ” , So we phoned the Orient Gate office and asked for adjust booking and we told Orient Gate office that we were ready to pay the tax but Orient Gate office refused and said that “the Oman airlines office in the airport is responsible to adjust booking and we had another option to pay a new ticket worth $ 300 ”.and we were not able to pay a new ticket .

8 -We called the emergency number "0222" but no one answered and we called Dr.O.S22a22y and he told us that he was retired and gave us the number of current director We called The director Shri S. K.

9- We stayed all the night in Beirut airport and we were hurt tired and sad.

We were treated badly in the air port Because we are Syrians .

11 -On Monday we went to the Indian embassy and explained what happened to us to Mr. M11a , after that Mrs. 11a called us and asked us to pay 252000 pounds to Orient Gate office (84000 Syrian pounds For each person).

12 the official in Orient Gate met Mr. 111 and told him that “We were lying and we were not ready to pay the tax” and we deny this . after that the embassy sent a formal letter(no.

111) asking us to pay 213000 Syrian pounds (71000 Syrian pounds For each person).

13- It cost us 200 $ to travel from Damascus to Beirut and 200 $ to come Back to Damascus and about 50 $ to do the contacts in Beirut airport And our salary is just 50 $ per month and We suffer from the harsh conditions of war .

14 We are so sorry for not attending this course ..we tried and tried to do something but we didn't get any help ..We are very sad to lost this important course that is Learning about solar energy is useful to us in our work.

15 We have always dreamed of traveling to India, visiting the Taj Mahal and learning Indian civilization where we personally adore Indian films and Indian culture.
