  • Internship

  • This internship report is the result of my work in the Natural Reserve of Saint-Brieuc.
    • The objective of this internship was to do an inventory and a cartography of the algal communities in the bay of Saint-Brieuc.
    • During this inventory, I listed 32 sea-weed species in the bottom of the bay of Saint-Brieuc, including 7 ochrophytes, 17 rhodophytes and 7 chlorophytes.
  • I identified 10 other species at Tra Hillion.
    • I catographied four major seaweeds from the bottom of the bay of Saint-Brieuc.
    • From the assembly structure (CAH & nMDS), I analysed, I compared the common species in the different stations.
    • The steps of this study are described in more detail in this report.
    • This is the first inventory and the first cartography of seaweeds communities in the bottom of the bay of Saint-Brieuc, which is very important because on the future it will allow us to observe the dynamics of evolution of seaweeds communities.
