    • Hypersexualization of children

    • One day, I took the bus in Cholet, and as always I’m bored but more than usually because I hadn't take my headphones.
    • So after some time, a little girl go up in the bus and she was staying opposite to me.
    • At this moment she was in front of me, so I was forced to look her.
    • And I was really shocked because she was dressed like a woman while she looks like 10 years old.
    • She brought black mini skirt with jean jacket and high-heel and I let you imagine her makeup.
    • I was terribly shocked because I know it exist but I never really see that in reality.
  • And probably because I’m already worried when I see my little sister.
    • But I say that because, it’s the reason why we decided to talk about hypersexualization.
    • The Hypersexualization is a behaviour with a sexual character.
    • Is a phenomen of society whose young teenagers adopt attitudes and sexual behaviour considered too precocious.
    • (It’s an excessive strategy focus on a body in order to charm and appear like a model of sexuality, simplistic spread by industries across medias.
    • Furthermore it’s inspired of stereotype which result from pornography.
    • We talk about dominant man and enchantress submissive object women.) There a lot consequences : the social society spread some “rules”.
    • Today, we living in society where when your are women, we have to be sexy for be great.
    • A big part of publicity and clip encourage young people enter into sexuality too soon.
  • Furthermore, we are in a world where there is “sex business”.
    • In fact, lot of business is focus on sex but for little girls.
    • Yes they had dare !
    • They sell hight heel from 0 to 6 months and more, brassiere from 4 years old or padded brassiere from 6 to 10 years old, string and bikini as 7 years old and t-shirt or sweater with doubtful text like “Born to be a sexy” or “If you think i’m a bitch … you should meet my mother”.
    • The business encourage a hypersexualization also with toys for children or beauty salon which are open from 6 years old and integral waxing.
  • It is called “Virgin waxing”.
    • But for more developpement we will talk about hypersexualisation in two parts : 1- Evolution of hypersexualisation in society 2- Consequences and solution Before, I want to precise that we have decided to talk about hypersexualisation in general, there is not specific country in our developpement.
    • But if it's the case, don’t worry, we will tell you.
    • I- Analysis of hypersexualization in society First, hypersexualization of children, especially young girls, is consequence of society.
    • Indeed, when we look TV or music video, we understand faster why our daughters, sisters or others little girls in our entourage are very differents (physically) than the ones twenty years ago.
  • Look at this photo (1)!
    • Miley Cyrus is a model for an entire generation of girls : she was begun as actress in a famous serie : “Hannah Montana”.
    • It’s difficult for little viewers to make the difference between Miley before, and Miley now: it’s too late because there were an irreversible identification.
  • Moreover, it’s just an example of influence.
    • We can talk about TV, with reality TV : languorous kisses in a bath, “perfect women” with big boobs… so many things that could be influence children or teenagers.
    • These cause a distorded vision of what a woman have to be.
    • Some evolutions could be noteworthy : the famous “Barbie” (2) changes her look to be more “normal”, but, in our opinion, it’s too late… The damage is already done!
    • But, perhaps grandchildren will have the chance to have a realistic example… Some people use the argument of trend, fashion, to justified that our daughter wear high-heel or lipstick.
    • However, these can’t be an excuse!
    • It’s ridiculous to say that “Yes, I authorize my child to do that, because all parents autorise this thing”.
    • So, if all parents autorise their children to have sexual relations because of trend, you autorise this too?
    • Very shocking in our mind… The responsibility is attributable on parents, and not society : indeed, it’s parents plus parents plus parents who constitutes society!!
    • But sometimes, we can say that unfortunately, parents are responsible of their children.
    • In fact, in general, mothers realise their dreams across their daughter’s eyes.
    • (4) that why some little girl participate of a little miss contest.
    • It’s a beauty contest for little girl aged between 2 years 16 years old.
    • As young age, this little girls have hairdressers and put false nails, fake eyelash or remove hair integrally while they don’t achieve their puberty.
    • They learn to be sexy, while at this age we can’t understand this word.
    • They learn remain (se tenir) and put make up.
    • Little girls doesn’t look likes children anymore but dolls without defect.
