  • Last night, I read an article about the volvement of Britain in transatlanctic slave trade.
    • They talked about the kind they kept africans in their land and throught them in britain colonies and carribean for labour.
    • This black men crossed the atlantique and being landed at differents ports in Britain to be bought by rich persons.
    • Along this journeys, this enslaved men was chained and not barely fed.
    • When they were purchased, they were belonging of their owner, so their future generations.
    • This slaves, brought by million, created a commonly language in the britain colonies so a kind of black magic called the voodoo.
    • Colonies where we could find europeans because the labour they could find here, african slaves, carribeans and americans.
    • A large part of britain richess resulted of this trades.
  • Many people were rich, since the african who sold the african brothers, the owners of the ships who transported them until britain ports, the accountants of their ports, the slave mercants, the owners of the slaves and the settlers.
  • The principal activity were the sugar culture and its raffinery (sugar and rum).
    • Eventually, britain made a lot of money per this trade and free labour, and could built fine mansions, banks, new industries like cloth they would sell in african lands.
