Travel broadens the mind

• First of all, I would define the travel as a way to learn how to live away from home, because when you're abroad, you have to accomodate, become independent, so you have to keep an open minded if you want enjoy your travel, whatever the circumstances.

• Wonderful moments that you experienced awaken an interest for the visited country, for his culture, and developp a new curiosity for the rest of the world.

• Indeed, seeing how the difference is rewarding, you will probably feel a new wish to discover, and learn more.

• Moreover, you must hobnob with a lot of people who belong to differents cultures, who has a way of like rather different than yours.

• According to me, this contact with foreign person, will show you how much different worlds exist.

• Gradually, the traveller realize that he's not the centre of the world, and his mind is opening to news things.

• This same contact with different people will be a proof of the difference, sometimes that you will enjoy, sometimes that you will disapprove, but somehow you will learn from these exchange.

• Otherwise, travel is a manner to confront you with yourself, because you have the time that you don't have in your usually dailylife to think, it's an opportunity to know yourself better, which is the first step to be open to the world.

• On the one hand, you gain tolerance, wich is the necessary condition of an open mind, and on the other hand, you release yourself from the society's hold.

• To be short, I would say that Travel it's growing up, because it leads to reconsider the whole world.
