  • The book “ Emotional Intelligence “ written by Daniel Goleman discusses about a set of competencies that describes how people deal with feelings, interact and communicate.
  • Goleman characterizes emotional intelligence as being founded on five personal and social competencies: Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Motivation, Empathy, and Social Skills The Book consist of 6 chapters in which are packed with tips how to correct the lack of Emotional Intelligence in the business and professional world, what helps us to be successful in high leadership positions or in the companies.
  • Undoubtedly His book has a significant influence on a business world The whole concept of the book was well-explained , and contained real-life examples.
  • The Chapter “The Master Aptitude,” emphasizes the importance of emotional traits such as enthusiasm and persistence.
  • He claims that most of the Asian students point out better record of success than their European students.
  • It is not cause by their IQ level but persistence to improve their weaknesses.
  • It is mainly credited by their EI level ( Emotional Intelligence) The Chapter “Passion’s Slave” gives us information how to beat depressive states.

  • Nonetheless I strongly recommend this book to all people who would like to be more aware of the emotions, intentions and actions which results on more happy, prosperous life.
