    • Soon after talking with him, I decided he could be the right person to occupy that position.
    • He worked for the Ngo since January until August.
    • During the period in which Matt has worked with us, I have never had any problem with him.
    • He is a serious worker, always motivated in learning as much as possible about the work situation and about the people involved in it, in order to make the best of everything.
    • He is a natural team worker, able to understand and value the people he is working with.
    • He succeeded in being accepted and respected by all our local workers in a short time, and to create a good work equipe.
