My personal opinion, I like some diversity in the world, and fear globalisation in language. It is important that the historic great languages in the world, French, Russian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, German, Italian, Arabic, all have a place in the world too, alongside English. Variety makes life! ¶¶European people are amazing, as English people we find speakers of our language everywhere, but if you go to an English country how easy is it to find speakers of French, Spanish, German, if you speak to them in that language? It is not the same.......................
