i've learn english for 9 years.

But my english is so poor because in vietnam, learning english is not casual Listening-Speaking-Reading-Writing progress.

The progress we have tought is Grammar, then Vocabulary. we learn by heart with Vocabulary without practice, so today we learn then forget on tomorrow.

The result is my english can't be better after 9 years.Now, i'm learning english as Effortless english method by A.J.Hoge but i want to a friend who can chat with me frequently and show my mistakes as can use vocabularies in our conversations.
