- The second exercise is called "stomach crunches".
- I lie down on my back, knees bent and hands behind my ears.
- Keeping my lower back pressed into the floor, I raise my shoulder blades no more than 10 centimeters off the floor and slowly lower down.
- I don't use my hands to pull my neck up.
