  • As a result, there are advantages and disadvantages for employees and society in general.
  • In this essay I am going to discuss the pros and cons of this and give my opinion as well.

  • To conclude, there are different employers who are looking for employees and there are differences in the strategies that they use to find a suitable person for vacancies.
  • In my opinion this law helps people worldwide to feel equal, despite some exceptions with unlawful employers.
