How I handle stress
- I handle stress situations mainly by really good preparation to them.
- I also consider really helpful physical activity.
- If I feel stress during my preparation for stressful situation I go running or drive a bike and after that physical activity I do not feel any stress.
- I also consider really helpful imagining stressful situation and when that situation comes I almost do not feel any stress in that.
