Refund

• Usually we make samples before the real production to check quality。 As a consequence, there is a sample making fee, we will return this fee to customer, once they make the order.

• But there is an exception, the cost won't be returned to them sometimes.

• I think there is better expression to say that the money won't be returned to you.

• Is it better to use" refund" to express it?

• By the way，Is there big different between client and customer?
