By this time, the writing of M.

SANCHEZ thesis shows important progress and he is moving quickly.

However, he cannot finish it within the time of his scholarship.

This is natural because of cultural changes as well as administrative and school requirements that the student has to face.

Considering the observed progress on his research and the fulfillments of the thesis in French universities, his co-director and I believe that eight months of further work will be necessary in order to complete his written report, get the corrections from the reviewers and obtain the doctoral degree.

So we support his request for an extension of his scholarship for these months.
