Story beginning

• It was earlier morning, my doorbell was ringing near an hour before I got up .

• I had to open my door, because I had been waiting the package from day to day from friend of mine .

• So, I was passed the parcel, which I had been waiting so long.

• Having opened it, I saw a disk .

• I stopped and remembered, how it all had been begun.

• It was in 1953, the year of Stalin death.

• We found out about it, when we were on the Holod Island beyond the polar circle in the North Sea, more precise coordinates knew only commander and two navigators of our team .

• It included only fifty specialists and three dogs .

• The polar night have already lasted for three month and we were a little tired.

• Some of us said: '' We are walking only half a night ''.

• Slowly, but confident we were passing farther and farther to the North .

• Radio operator was transmitted the sad message two weeks ago, it was the last communication session .

• Commander made a decision continue our expedition and he told nobody about incident except his first assistant , who I was.
