Happy Saturday, everyone!
The weather's rather gloomy, which is ideal for my plan of hibernating the whole day.
Oh, the rustle of the leaves outside is like music to my ears.
The local weather bureau said we will have a cloudy weekend thanks for a growing low pressure area in the South, but God bless those souls who will be greeted by strong winds and rain this start of summer.
Global warming has really toyed with the climate in the Philippines and its neighbors.
Only a few years ago, the South has never met any typhoon. Now, they do.
These days, some storms stem from the Pacific, cross the entire archipelago to the South China Sea (renamed West Philippine Sea by the government in an attempt to assert our sovereignty), then turn back and have another go at our beloved Islands.
Summer, nowadays, is not entirely summer in its real sense.
Rains can, at any time, lash at fields and mess with the schedule of harvest.
We can have all types of weather anytime of the year.
The cold of the cold months never really come on time.
December, which is supposed to be cool is disappointingly warm.
January and February now are the coldest months.
Well, change is the only constant thing in the world, but this is not a good change.
