When I was desappointed with my colleagues
I remember my first year as a teacher, we had to prepare an exam together for our subject, and my colleagues did it without my collaboration, I was very upset.
I felt like they underestimated me.
So I decided to discuss with them peacefully.
They were underestanding and they apologized.
And after that, they let me prepared the next exam for the second semestre.
