I want to improve my Dutch. Now.

Hello,

I  arrived from my four month exchange period from the Netherlands two days ago. I  understand Dutch sometimes very well because I have a talent for languages. The thing is, I  have been very shy in talking it. I  really need to start writing and talking it and not just understanding what other people say and then answer back in English.

Would someone want to help me?
