hello, this is a good question.

  1. 1. first go to the FIND A FRIEND PAGE
  2. 2. AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE, select SIGN LANGUAGE (american sign language, french sign language etc) for the language they can teach or want to learn
  3. 3. Send a message to person you find, and ask them to practice with Skype
