🎓👫 Exclusive Student International Meetup

Join us for an exclusive international meetup tailored for students from Japan and around the globe! This event encourages participants to engage in conversations using both English and Japanese, fostering a vibrant environment for language exchange and cultural interaction.

The primary goal of this meetup is to connect students currently studying in Japan with Japanese students who have experienced studying abroad, as well as those aspiring to study internationally. It’s a fantastic opportunity to share insights on student life in Japan and other countries, while also making new friends.

Our organizing team, composed of university students, is dedicated to making participants feel welcome, especially those attending for the first time.

We offer multiple meetups concurrently, allowing you to shift tables during the event.
* In the event of low attendance, you may be asked to join a different meetup.

With numerous international meetups held daily, this is the perfect setting to build friendships. We look forward to seeing you there!

🎓 Objectives of the Meetup
- Promote international exchange between Japanese students and international peers.
- Facilitate language exchange for learning English and teaching Japanese.
- Foster friendships and information sharing among international students, prospective students, and those with study abroad experience.

🎓 Important Notes
- Exclusively for students aged 15 to 24.
- Open to all forms of educational institutions: graduate schools, universities, junior colleges, vocational schools, high schools, and language schools.
- Not open to full-time workers.
- Please bring a student ID with a photo.
- Activities conducted in Japanese and English only.
- Board games will not be played.
- Kindly join the table marked “Students”.

Participation Fee: Free (Open to all nationalities and genders)
* One drink minimum (starting from 500 JPY)
* Additional drinks from 300 JPY
* Alcoholic beverages available for order
* Light snacks starting from 100 JPY

- Our meetup operates on a membership basis. You must read, understand, and agree to the "Rule Book" to obtain membership. Membership cards will be provided at the reception upon attendance.

このイベントは、日本の学生と海外からの留学生を対象とした、学生限定の国際交流会です。参加者は英語と日本語を使用し、お互いに言語を教え合い、学生同士の国際交流を楽しむことができます。

また、この交流会を通じて、日本に留学中の学生、海外留学経験者、日本留学希望者が、国内外の学生生活について情報交換し、友達を作ることを目的としています。

大学生の主催者が参加者をサポートするため、初めての方でも安心してご参加いただけます。

さまざまな交流会が同時に行われており、席替えの際に移動できます。
* 参加者がいない場合は、他の交流会に参加いただくこともあります。

毎日多彩な国際交流会を開催しており、友達を作る絶好の機会ですので、ぜひご参加ください。

- 15歳から24歳までの学生限定です。
- 大学院、大学、短大、専門学校、高校、語学学校等、すべての教育機関が対象です。
- 社会人の方は参加できません。
- 顔写真付きの学生証を持参してください。
- 日本語と英語のみ使用可能です。
- ボードゲームを行うことはできません。
- 『学生』と表示されたテーブルにご参加ください。
